【運営者名】(以下「当社」といいます)は、iOSアプリ「SoloScene」(以下「本アプリ」)におけるお客様の情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下「個人情報保護法」)その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)を定めます。

1. 事業者情報

2. 取得する情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等を取得しません。当社が取得する情報は次のとおりです。

  • 匿名のデバイス識別子 — 初回起動時にランダムに生成される識別子。お客様個人を特定するものではありません。
  • お客様が選択した写真 — 処理のためにお客様が明示的に選択しアップロードした画像のみ。フォトライブラリ全体へ自動アクセスすることはありません。
  • 生成された画像 — クリーンアップ結果およびポーズステッカー。
  • 購入情報 — Apple社から提供される取引識別子・購入商品等。クレジットカード情報を当社が取得することはありません。
  • 利用記録 — クレジットの利用履歴、処理ジョブの状態、エラーログ等。

3. 利用目的

  • 本アプリのサービス提供(画像の処理・生成・結果の配信)のため
  • クレジット残高および購入の管理のため
  • 不正利用の防止のため
  • お問い合わせへの対応のため
  • サービスの品質管理・改善のため

4. 写真の取り扱いと保存期間

  • 通信はすべて暗号化(TLS)されています。
  • アップロードされた原本画像は7日以内、処理中の中間ファイルは1日以内に自動削除されます。
  • 処理結果は30日間保存され、その後自動削除されます。ポーズステッカーはお客様が削除するまで保存されます。
  • お客様の写真をAIモデルの学習に利用することはありません。
  • ポーズステッカーの顔は数本の抽象的な線のみで描かれ、実際の顔を複製することはありません。

5. 第三者提供・委託・外国にある第三者への提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に提供しません。サービス提供のため、次の事業者に取り扱いを委託しています。

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc.(米国)— クラウド基盤(保存・処理)
  • OpenAI, L.L.C.(米国)— 画像生成処理(APIを通じて送信されたデータはモデルの学習に使用されません)
  • Apple Inc.(米国)— アプリ内課金の決済処理

上記の委託先は米国に所在します。個人情報保護法第28条に基づき、当社は各委託先が個人情報の保護に関して相当の措置を継続的に講じていることを確認した上で委託を行っています。米国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトをご参照ください。

6. 安全管理措置

当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止のため、アクセス制御、通信および保存データの暗号化、認証情報の安全な管理、最小権限の原則に基づく運用等、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

7. 開示・訂正・利用停止・削除の請求

お客様は、個人情報保護法の定めに従い、ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を請求することができます。アプリの削除後にサーバー上のデータの削除をご希望の場合も含め、第10条の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のため、アプリ内「設定」画面に表示されるデバイスIDをお知らせいただく場合があります。

8. お子様の利用

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様による利用を想定していません。13歳未満のお子様の情報を取得していることが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。

9. 本ポリシーの改定

当社は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または本ページにてお知らせします。

【Operator name】 ("we", "us") provides the iOS app "SoloScene" (the "App"). This policy explains how we handle your information, in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

The App requires no account. We never collect your name, email address, or phone number. We collect:

  • An anonymous device identifier — randomly generated on first launch; it does not identify you personally.
  • Photos you select — only the images you explicitly choose and upload for processing. We never auto-scan your photo library.
  • Generated images — clean-up results and pose stickers.
  • Purchase information — transaction identifiers provided by Apple. We never receive your credit card details.
  • Usage records — credit history, job status, and error logs.

3. Purposes of use

  • Providing the service (processing, generating, and delivering images)
  • Managing credit balances and purchases
  • Preventing fraud and abuse
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Quality control and service improvement

4. How photos are handled & retention

  • All transfers are encrypted (TLS).
  • Uploaded originals are auto-deleted within 7 days; intermediate working files within 1 day.
  • Results are stored for 30 days, then auto-deleted. Pose stickers are kept until you delete them.
  • Your photos are never used to train AI models.
  • Sticker faces are drawn with a few abstract strokes only — your real face is never reproduced.

5. Third parties, subprocessors & overseas transfer

We never sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law. To operate the service, we entrust processing to:

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (USA) — cloud infrastructure (storage & compute)
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) — image generation (data sent via API is not used for model training)
  • Apple Inc. (USA) — in-app purchase payment processing

These subprocessors are located in the United States. Pursuant to Article 28 of the APPI, we entrust data only after confirming that each subprocessor continuously implements appropriate protective measures equivalent to those required in Japan.

6. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information: access control, encryption in transit and at rest, secure credential management, and least-privilege operation.

7. Your rights — disclosure, correction & deletion

Under the APPI you may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your information — including deletion of server-side data after removing the App. Contact us via Section 10; we may ask for the device ID shown in the App's Settings screen to verify your request.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as laws or the service change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
