本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、【運営者名】(以下「当社」)が提供するiOSアプリ「SoloScene」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条(本サービスの内容)

本サービスは、お客様が選択した写真に対し、(1) AIによる通行人の除去・背景の補完、(2) 服装に合わせたポーズの線画ステッカー生成、およびこれらに付随する機能を提供します。処理結果はAIにより生成されるため、品質・内容は処理ごとに異なることがあります。

第2条(利用資格・デバイス認証)

本サービスはアカウント登録不要で、端末ごとの匿名認証により提供されます。クレジット残高・生成物は認証された端末に紐づきます。13歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。未成年の方は親権者の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

第3条(クレジット・購入)

  • 本サービスの一部機能は、アプリ内通貨「クレジット」を消費して利用します。クレジットはApp Storeのアプリ内課金により購入できます。
  • 処理が当社側の事由で失敗した場合、消費されたクレジットは自動的に全額返還されます。
  • 購入したクレジットの有効期限・払い戻しについては「特定商取引法に基づく表記・資金決済法に基づく表示」をご確認ください。
  • 決済はApple Inc.が処理し、Appleのメディアサービス利用規約が適用されます。

第4条(禁止事項)

お客様は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 他人が写った写真を、その方の同意なく処理する行為(肖像権・プライバシー権の侵害)
  • 第三者の著作権その他の知的財産権を侵害する画像の処理
  • 生成物を、事実を偽る目的(虚偽の証拠作成等)で利用する行為
  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、犯罪行為に関連する行為
  • 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、過度な負荷を与える行為
  • 本サービスまたはクレジットの転売・再配布

第5条(生成物の権利と責任)

お客様がアップロードした写真の権利はお客様に帰属します。生成された画像は、本規約および法令の範囲内でお客様が自由に利用できます。ただし、生成物の利用により第三者との間で紛争が生じた場合、お客様の責任と費用で解決するものとします。

第6条(サービスの変更・中断・終了)

当社は、メンテナンス、システム障害、外部サービス(クラウド・AI API等)の停止その他やむを得ない事由により、本サービスの全部または一部を予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。終了する場合は、合理的な期間をもって事前に告知するよう努めます。

第7条(免責)

  • AIによる処理結果の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
  • 当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当社の損害賠償責任は、直近6ヶ月間にお客様が本サービスに支払った金額を上限とします。
  • 消費者契約法その他の強行法規が適用される場合、本条はその範囲で適用されます。

第8条(利用停止)

お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なく本サービスの利用を停止または制限することがあります。

第9条(規約の変更)

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページで告知します。変更後に本サービスを利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第10条(準拠法・管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、【東京】地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms govern your use of the iOS app "SoloScene" (the "Service") provided by 【Operator name】 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you (1) remove passers-by from photos with AI-based inpainting, and (2) generate line-art pose stickers matched to your outfit. Results are AI-generated and may vary in quality from run to run.

2. Eligibility & device authentication

No account is required; the Service uses anonymous per-device authentication. Credit balances and generated assets are tied to the authenticated device. You must be at least 13 years old; minors should obtain parental consent.

3. Credits & purchases

  • Some features consume in-app "credits", purchasable via App Store in-app purchase.
  • If processing fails for reasons on our side, consumed credits are automatically refunded in full.

  • Payments are processed by Apple Inc. and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Processing photos of other people without their consent (violating portrait or privacy rights)
  • Processing images that infringe third-party copyrights or other IP rights
  • Using generated results to deceive (e.g. fabricating evidence)
  • Any unlawful conduct or conduct contrary to public order and morals
  • Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or imposing excessive load on the Service
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service or credits

5. Rights in content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. You may freely use generated images within these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for resolving any third-party disputes arising from your use of generated content.

6. Changes, suspension & termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, system failure, outages of external services (cloud / AI APIs), or other unavoidable reasons. We will endeavor to give reasonable advance notice of termination.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated results.
  • Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 6 months.
  • Where consumer-protection law applies, this section applies only to the extent permitted.

8. Suspension of use

We may suspend or restrict your use of the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The 【Tokyo】 District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
